About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Pikndel, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing strong business relationships, and supporting revenue growth across targeted sectors such as e-commerce, retail, healthcare, and D2C brands. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized logistics solutions and ensure an exceptional client experience from the first interaction. This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach

  • Pitch Pikndel’s logistics solutions to decision-makers and convert leads into long-term partnerships

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

  • Collaborate with the operations and product teams to create customized service proposals and pricing

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead qualification, presentations, negotiations, and closures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive upsell opportunities

  • Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategy

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and provide regular reporting to leadership

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
