About the Role
As a Branch Incharge, you will be responsible for managing one of our last-mile delivery hubs in Bangalore, ensuring seamless daily operations, high rider productivity, and efficient order fulfillment. You will work closely with the Cluster Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver superior service while maintaining cost efficiency and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch/hub
Supervise and coordinate with field executives, riders, and warehouse/sorting staff
Ensure timely order sorting, dispatch, and delivery within committed SLAs
Monitor rider attendance, performance, and productivity
Track key logistics metrics such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, NDR, and returns
Maintain inventory records and oversee order handovers to riders
Optimize last-mile cost per shipment (CPS) through efficient route planning and rider utilization
Coordinate with central and city operations teams for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance at the branch
Track and report daily KPIs with actionable insights for improvement
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of riders and operations staff
Act as the single point of accountability for all operational activities at the branch
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in last-mile logistics, e-commerce, or hyperlocal delivery
Strong team handling and ground operations experience
Good understanding of SLAs, cost metrics, and operational KPIs
Comfortable working with tech platforms for tracking and reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends as per business requirements
