About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our reporting systems using Metabase. You’ll help create end-to-end visibility across operations, identify inefficiencies, and improve data processing time and accessibility. Your work will directly impact strategic decisions and operational performance across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and scale Pikndel’s Metabase dashboards and reporting systems
Reduce data processing and report turnaround time through automation and optimization
Drive visibility across Ops, Growth, Product, and Finance by building custom dashboards and scheduled reports
Improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and performance gaps through data analysis
Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and relevance of metrics across all dashboards
Build automated alerts and exception reports to flag deviations in real-time
Contribute to better decision-making by surfacing actionable insights from large datasets
Collaborate with product and tech to optimize data architecture and pipelines
Create and maintain documentation of dashboards, metric definitions, and access rights
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
Proficiency in SQL and strong experience with Metabase (or other BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
Track record of improving reporting efficiency and automating manual workflows
Excellent understanding of business KPIs, operations metrics, and dashboard UX
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication ability
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bonus: Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or high-frequency ops businesses
