About the Role
As the Head of Growth at Pikndel, you will lead the Key Account Management function with the goal of maximizing customer lifetime value, retention, and satisfaction. You will build deep client relationships, ensure operational excellence in service delivery, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who is both analytical and customer-centric, and who thrives at the intersection of client success and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end key account management for enterprise and high-value clients
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations
Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
Act as the voice of the client internally—working with operations, product, tech, and finance to deliver tailored solutions and resolve issues proactively
Monitor key account KPIs including revenue contribution, service levels, satisfaction scores, and churn risk
Develop account growth strategies and conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients
Ensure operational alignment to meet client-specific SLAs, peak demand, and custom delivery needs
Track industry and customer trends to identify new growth areas and solutions
Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on growth initiatives
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in key account management, client success, or growth roles—preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or B2B services
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a proven record of growing strategic accounts
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities
Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning client needs with business capabilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and account planning frameworks
High ownership mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
