About the Role
As the Head of Sales at Pikndel, you will lead the company’s sales function with a focus on new client acquisition, enterprise relationship management, and revenue expansion. You will design and execute growth strategies, build a high-performing sales team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized logistics solutions for businesses. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building scalable B2B partnerships in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business acquisition and revenue goals
Identify and target new business opportunities across verticals like e-commerce, retail, healthcare, and D2C brands
Build and lead a high-performing sales team including regional managers and business development executives
Lead negotiations and closures of enterprise-level deals with high-value clients
Work closely with operations, product, and finance teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to leadership
Establish processes for lead generation, CRM management, proposal development, and client onboarding
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS-based services
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing enterprise deals
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Experience in designing and executing scalable sales strategies
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong problem-solving skills
Existing network in logistics-relevant industries is a plus
