About the Role

As the Head of Sales at Pikndel, you will lead the company’s sales function with a focus on new client acquisition, enterprise relationship management, and revenue expansion. You will design and execute growth strategies, build a high-performing sales team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized logistics solutions for businesses. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building scalable B2B partnerships in the logistics sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business acquisition and revenue goals

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across verticals like e-commerce, retail, healthcare, and D2C brands

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team including regional managers and business development executives

  • Lead negotiations and closures of enterprise-level deals with high-value clients

  • Work closely with operations, product, and finance teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to leadership

  • Establish processes for lead generation, CRM management, proposal development, and client onboarding

  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS-based services

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing enterprise deals

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

  • Experience in designing and executing scalable sales strategies

  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong problem-solving skills

  • Existing network in logistics-relevant industries is a plus
