About the Role
As HR Associate – Hiring & Training Campaigns, you’ll be responsible for executing city-wide hiring campaigns, managing funnel performance, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. You’ll also support the learning and development agenda by planning and running training sessions for various teams. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a meaningful part in shaping a high-performance team.
- Drive end-to-end hiring campaigns across functions 
- Coordinate with city and vertical heads to understand hiring needs and create sourcing plans 
- Manage job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and close positions on time 
- Partner with agencies, colleges, and digital platforms for bulk and targeted hiring 
- Own onboarding and induction process to ensure seamless new joiner experience 
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs for Ops, Rider Partners, and city teams 
- Track training attendance, impact, and feedback to improve content and delivery 
- Create and maintain hiring dashboards, trackers, and campaign performance reports 
- Act as a cultural ambassador—help drive employee engagement initiatives across cities 
Support policy communication, grievance handling, and basic HR operations as needed
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or L&D, preferably in a startup or logistics setup 
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with an execution-first mindset 
- Comfort working with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, ATS platforms, and HRMS tools 
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills 
- Energetic, people-focused, and high on accountability 
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-moving environment 
Bonus: Experience in blue-collar/rider hiring or training delivery
