About the Role
As HR Associate – Hiring & Training Campaigns, you’ll be responsible for executing city-wide hiring campaigns, managing funnel performance, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. You’ll also support the learning and development agenda by planning and running training sessions for various teams. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a meaningful part in shaping a high-performance team.
Drive end-to-end hiring campaigns across functions
Coordinate with city and vertical heads to understand hiring needs and create sourcing plans
Manage job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and close positions on time
Partner with agencies, colleges, and digital platforms for bulk and targeted hiring
Own onboarding and induction process to ensure seamless new joiner experience
Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs for Ops, Rider Partners, and city teams
Track training attendance, impact, and feedback to improve content and delivery
Create and maintain hiring dashboards, trackers, and campaign performance reports
Act as a cultural ambassador—help drive employee engagement initiatives across cities
Support policy communication, grievance handling, and basic HR operations as needed
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or L&D, preferably in a startup or logistics setup
Strong organizational and coordination skills with an execution-first mindset
Comfort working with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, ATS platforms, and HRMS tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Energetic, people-focused, and high on accountability
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-moving environment
Bonus: Experience in blue-collar/rider hiring or training delivery
