About the Role

 As a Key Account Manager at Pikndel, you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with operational excellence and proactive support. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions, resolve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities for upselling and retention. This role is ideal for someone who is highly client-focused, analytical, and thrives on building long-term business relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients and act as their primary point of contact

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues in coordination with internal teams

  • Track and analyze account performance metrics, including service levels, delivery timelines, and satisfaction scores

  • Identify and implement opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanded service offerings

  • Conduct regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly) with clients to evaluate performance and align on future goals

  • Collaborate with operations, product, and finance teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions

  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to anticipate client needs and maintain competitive advantage

  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, escalations, and action plans using CRM tools


Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in key account management, client success, or business development—preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under pressure

  • Analytical thinking and familiarity with performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools

  • Ability to build trust with clients and align internal teams around client objectives

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Excel/Google Sheets

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
